[1.15] blaster alignment issue?

I found that on my Fox frigates, one of the Ion Cannon turrets was firing from the center of the ship rather than from the turret. I’m not sure if this is ship related or something with the (awesome) new multi-turret blaster system. I don’t think it’s ship related because Pulse Lasers in the same spot work fine.

Only the port turret was affected. The starboard turret worked properly.

p.s. i have the armor pen and fire interval on the Ion Cannon modded but I ran a comparer between 1.15 base and my file and those are the only differences.

Also, the draw order on those turrets seems to be wrong, surely the beams should be on top of the turrets and not the other way round?
