The buttons for deleting ship designs in the Load Design screen of the Ship Designer seem to not work as even though the dialog box for confirming ship deletion appears the ship design does not disappear from the design list. This seems to be due to the ship design list not updating while the Load Design screen is open, as the deleted ships disappear from the list if you close and reopen the Load Design screen.
This bug appeared after the 1.61 patch.
