These are just some ideas, and suggestions that I would like to see in-game.
First: Maternity leaves max setting should also state that the men get time off and pay too. This is done in a number of nordic countries to my understanding.
Second: there should be a religion/ church Tax. It should massively reduce charity. But also reduce corruption and tax avoidance aka Scientology.
Third: Some minor changes.
proportional fines need to make you a lot more at max levels.
If the tobacco tax reduces equality, then so too should alcohol, drug, and luxury goods taxes
The policys that tax pollution eg pollution controls and the car emissions ones should make you some money.
