Right now, the effect of Abortion Law on religious people seems really extreme at the high end. If set to On Demand, religious people get a whopping 80% happiness reduction, but liberals are barely any happier than they are at 2 Doctor’s Approval.
As it is, there’s really no reason to max it. Even if you don’t care at all about religious people’s happiness, the amount of PC you’re spending for the minuscule improvement to liberal’s happiness isn’t really worth it.
