In democracy 3 Africa, your political capital is affected by democracy (or power centralization); the lower your democracy is the more political capital you have, which was a fun and realistic mechanic in my opinion. It looks like its absent in democracy 4, is there any plan to implement this in the future? It makes running a dictatorship really fun as you can do more changes faster.

just for now, try, say, boosting inflation to insane levels to unlock emergency powers for a similar effect. I suspect something about that’s gonna get nerved 'cause currently there’s a silly lack of downside to it
