but, there is no such class as a “capital ship”. so it defaults back to cruiser. :frowning:

Well, yeah. Don’t worry though, just wait and I will make some Capital Ship type modules, so at least it feels like one.

same thing with modules, they also default back to cruiser. good work though, i only focus on custom hulls. speaking of which, take this as a thank-you for the new hulls.

hmmm… that’s weird. not happening for me. maybe you didn’t copy and paste it right? did it show up good in the ship designer? If there is any misspelling or anything, tell me, and i’ll fix it.

in the ship designer it was a big black square with module points from my own homemade text file

I was just kidding about the Borg. Sorry. I thought it was funny to see a titanic ice-white cube tooling along at a zillion km per hour. You know that those big square bastards are up to no good. Maybe they thought white was a good camouflage scheme for a sneak attack on an ice planet? :smiley:

uh… i meant to post this before, guess i forgot… your former-fighter, now-cruiser hull has a problem, mostly, when it gets hit, it gets a bunch of white squares where it gets hit. same thing with your corvettes. just a notice.

Noob question here Im pretty bad with saving things to the right folders.

Where do I save these two ships? Ive extratcted the zip file to federation hulls. Is that the right place or do I need to go to new hulls, or a different section entirely? Because every time I open the game and go to ship design it crashes.

you have to unzip the .zip file first, then go to data/hulls/federation and put those hulls in.
