Ayn Rand Achievement (Bug?)

what more do I have to do to get the Heir to Ayn Rand achievement? lol

My educated guess on parsing that: You need a capitalist faction percentage above 70%, and no income tax, corporation tax, state health service, state housing, or state schools at all… and I’m going to guess that all the fours refer to turn counts, so, all that for a year.

e: Yep, tested it and it does work. The requirements are just a bit obscure, is all.
