Beta 1.15 Design Not found .cpp 230

First i did ship design: but i couldn’t save my ship. (Tristan)
Then when in battle mode i was surprised to be able to choose my designed ship.

After i lost the Battle i returned to widows desktop.
Now anytime i start battle mode a choose the last planet i get the error and crash to desktop!

i bet there is a work around. please advise

Make a new ship, and give it the EXACT name of the ship the game wants. Now whenever it’s looking for the old design, it will just use the new one, because it has the same name.
