This is not really a bug, but I thought I should pass the information along.
If Steam is running while I am playing the beta, Steam thinks I’m playing “Democracy 3” (it is in my library) and awards trading cards (I haven’t received any previously).
I was just about to report this too - very strange.
It even shows me the achievements for Democracy 3, noting that I’m very close to achieving total gender equality!
Yup, this is a silly mistake thats fixed in the next build 
but this game isnt on steam yet?
