[BUG 1.03] Module swapping

Just found a rather annoying bug.

I created a ship design (with the empire praetorian model i believe) with Cruiser Plasma Launchers, and saved and went back the the battle deployment screen. When I launched the game I found the ship now had only Light Plasma Launchers. I’ve tried going back and replacing the CPL’s, but the LPL’s keep coming back. I quit and restarted=nothing. I saved the setup with a different name=no change.

I was, however, able to swap the LPL’s for different weapons other than the CPL’s, so I’m at a loss for what’s going on. Here’s hoping you find what’s wrong! :slight_smile:

This is a known bug, and can be fixed by changing the datafiles. At present, light plasma and ‘normal’ plasma have the same internal module name, and since light plasma comes first in directory order, when the game loads a ship, it always picks light plasma.
