So I make these loops to keep the cars moving. I added in a Polish Station, and run all the cars through it. This is where I noticed the Green Cars, the only ones I have Polish added to, get the polish each time they pass through. I thought, Ok, Lets see if i use a Switch conveyor before the AC install what will happen. Each time it sends the car through the station, it installs the AC, even when it already has it installed.

Guess the workers assume the first unit was not working when you send car through again and swap it out for a new unit 
Although this should be a job for the rework station.
