[bug]Loading a save game changes your achivement

Loading a save game from someone else either instantly upgrades you to having achieved that level, or if you already have a higher level, downgrades it to that level.

While I kind of get the former, it would be nice to be able to load games without losing all of my nice Expert\Master colours.
