The goal ‘provide X diffrent cures’ shows a tooltip indicating which of your products are counting towards it. When there are many such products, and those products have long enough names, the tooltip text may be truncated. It appears the tooltip text is truncated to approx. 500 characters. The default naming scheme generally gives long enough names that this problem may occur in most cases when running the 3rd level of the Advanced section “Regulation Business” and going for the ‘Master’ rank. (E.g. as part of the default, unmodified game).
