Bug: State Schools

Description still mentions wealthy not liking state schools, even though you removed that. Capitalists also don’t dislike them, which seems out of character for them.

Oh, second bug: You have healthcare vouchers decrease poverty, but State Healthcare doesn’t decrease poverty.

My pleasure

Maybe the problem isn’t that healthcare vouchers decrease poverty but that private health care doesn’t increase it? I don’t know what the best way to represent it in the game, but having no public health care and no vouchers would surely cause poverty?

That seems to be a likely link. Private Healthcare does reduce income quite a bit, so does the other private stuff.

Should there be a connection where somebody is making money off of the private stuff? Perhaps the capitalists or some other sub-group, the wealthy?
