Bug: Unit Design Deletion

In the unit designer:

1. Click ‘Load’.
2. Click on the ‘X’ of a design.
3. Click to delete the design.
4. Observe that the design list has mysteriously shrunk the number of designs shown.
5. Close the load window.
6. Click ‘Load’.
7. Observe that the designs have reappeared.
