[BUG] Vertical Scroll bar on Company Tab disappears

On occasion the Vertical Scroll bar on Company Tab disappears when I switch between my co. info and a competitor, or between 2 competitors.

I usually can get it to reappear by switching back and forth a few times, but it can be annoying when in a game w/ many products and I can’t scroll down.

I think I can reproduce it when one co.(CO#1) does not have/need a scroll bar (not many products) but other co. (CO#2) does.
If I’m on co. w/ many , CO#2(scroll bar shows) - switch to CO#1 - but scroll bar shows - switch back to CO#2 and scroll bar doesn’t show.
