I had the Executive Dashboard open, the trial for the drug finished and I clicked to assign executives to run the trial while it was showing the 100% complete.
When I then clicked on the trial results messages the trial had no results in it and the submit button wouldn’t dismiss it.
I’ve reproduced this in free build mode, but it occurred originally during one of the intermediate missions.
