I’ve been trying for a while to get the Cabinet Government achievement (Steam game under Win7). Even though I’ve had several games with no ministers fired or quitting for many more than 6 years, I didn’t get it.
I finally got it tonight by firing the minister who always threatens to quit (France Foreign Policy) on the first turn. Without any ministers ever threatening to quit, after six years I got the achievement.
This seems to be a bug - it appears that if a minister threatens to quit, even if they don’t quit and don’t have to be fired, the achievement will not unlock no matter how long one goes with a stable cabinet.
