Hopefully Cliff isn’t mad at this but I did a quick port of Canada from Democracy 3 into Democracy 4.
This isn’t balanced in any way or anything so good luck getting re-elected.
To install, simply go into your Democracy 4 > data > missions and delete the normal canada folder and replace it with the new folder.
