Can't save new ships

I’m trying to work on my campaign spam fleets, and intend on testing the new maps to see if they limit spam’s. However, to do that i need to be able to save ships. I’ve reinstalled the game, and it didn’t fix anything. Any ideas? My errorlog is below

You tried deleting your old save files manually?

Yup, checked for modded content (removed during FIRST reinstall, i’m on my third.) I’ve tried pulling out all my ship designs, and the bug keeps cropping up

Lkohime, that’s some really weird voodoo at work. I’ve never heard of a bug that prevented saving new designs. I suggest sending a PM or an email directly to The Man.
