Change how to give order and decoy missile

Hi all

I often wish there is a way to select multiple orders to add at the same time, as well as delete multiple orders at the same time. Maybe a checkbox before the order?

And the decoy missile. At right now, it max range was kinda small. I want it to be bigger. I can change it, but it wont effect other. I want other to play it my way. Muawahaahaaaaaa

Deleting orders is pretty quick already - just right click them on the left pane.
