I really feel that with that type of game, you might be on something big.
That games seems to be raising a lot of expectation, and for sure, with that open beta testing you are doing, you will have lot of solicitation from many players. And probably a good deal of stress. (As players, we tend to want things now !)
So really, as an advice, keep you head cool, run you company the best you can. And you might have a great success !
