Got this done today:

  1. New tab on choose country screen shows special adjustments to the games code made for each country.

Country specific requirements of policies, situations, simulations, events, dilemmas also should be listed there.

Or is it done manually?

This basically automatically lists everything in the overrides or scripts folders for each mission right now. It does not (yet) list country-specific situations and dilemmas. Maybe dilemmas should be kept as a surprise though?
