Second, Where is the difficulty selector ? I finish the game in normal but I can’t find the selector to change to hard.

Try the button labelled “Challenges”
There are many very difficult challenges there. You may want to start by going through the SAC challenges if you want something hard.
each mission, on the bottom of the deployment screen, can go from medium to hard to expert.
