Looking at charity levels, I’m wondering should it not have a small effect on poverty perhaps? I currently see that it has no effects.
Charity affect education, foreign relations and health, assuming that some money goes to schools, some to hospitals/hospices etc, and some goes overseas to less developed countries. Its a fair point that its not directly affecting poverty, I shall add an effect.
