Editing Ship Designs Used in Campaigns

I just ran through my first campaign and I wanted to edit, rename, or delete a few of my ships. I had used them in the campaign so this was not an option. I proceeded to delete the campaign and I still cannot modify or delete any of my custom ships. I might have been able to scrap the ships in the campaign had I not deleted it but deleting it should have been enough. Is there any way that I can get access back to edit these ships?

Same problem here. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling GSB through Steam but Steam remembered all my settings and play history.

ships are just files in \my documents\my games\gratuitous space battles\ships. If you know what you are doing, you can delete the files from there.

Thanks, deleted all the files from My Documents\My Games\GratuitousSpaceBattles\campaignprogress\Conquest\fleets and that fixed the problem. These files should be deleted with the campaign
