Error when creating policies

Hey all.

Im making a video game censorship policy for Dem2, but I don’t know where to locate the texture file. The modding page on the website is no help.

Also, what format is it, and what resulution?

I am trying to mod the game using your patch, but the program crashes when I try to load the game. It asks for the texture file. How do I fix it?
