Pretty much self explanatory. Is it possible that they could guide themselves into carrier bays?
Do you mean the escape pods? If so then nope you cant make them do anything really; their there for a purely asthetic purpose.
also it would be unlikly that they would be able to get back to the carrier without being blasted to bits or if they would eject before they get shredded so its kind of pointless :L
