When a clinical trial finished, I accidentally dismissed the news popup with the submit button. Now, the trial is at 100%, and I can’t remove the executives. I can’t find the trial results and a submit button anywhere either.

Update: I found a way around the issue. I had to save the game, exit out to the main screen, load the game, and then the new popup with the clinical trials results and submit button appeared.
