[Fixed 1.03a][Bug 1.03] 1.03 installs 1.02

I downloaded the new update, 1.03, and it still shows it as 1.02 when loading. I tried a clean install, and same results.

Yeah I screwed up. Try it again now and it should work, installer is PLInstaller103a.exe
