[Fixed 1.06][Bug 1.05] Game crash when using scroll wheel on new vehicle price dialog

When the “New Vehicle” design modal pops up when your first vehicle passes export, hovering over the price slider while using the scroll wheel crashes the game.

On a related note, scrollbars are by design imprecise and are very annoying in some cases.

Consider adding keyboard/mouse wheel controls for fixed steps, snapping values or even direct textbox support.

Yup the slider is definitely not ideal. I’ll fix this bug and make a note to improve this UI later. Thankyou for reporting it, it is very much appreciated!

I love these kind of games and if I can make some constructive feedback to make it better, I will try to.
