as you can see my stock pile is not full but looks like its not deleting old sprites …
after reloading of game it got reset, but still doing the stacking of sprites

Yup, this is dumbness on my part, and actually a bug I found and fixed yesterday, about an hour after releasing the latest patch (1.05), so it will definitely be in 1.06, along with some other stuff. As you have noticed, its fixed by a save/reload, and AFAIK is just a visual problem, but in any case its fixed soon.
