In the Car Designs window, it is showing Emissions Check, Performance Check, and Visual Inspection at the bottom as unresearched features, even though they are already a part of the regular Quality Check. The UI seems to think researching QA Specialization is necessary to unlock these things.
This is fixed in the next update!
