Issue while pre-ordering.

I came across this issue when trying to pre-order… After purchasing, humble bundle threw an error due to an issue with the URL

Here’s how to fix this issue…

Check the URL during the error. It will say the following:

https://www.humblebundle.comhttp//www.positech.co.uk?uidverify=

Make the following change and press enter:

https://www.humblebundle.com/http//www.positech.co.uk?uidverify=

That should finish the purchase.

Hi,

i had the same issue when purchasing. However, i still did not receive a mail containing a link / key. How long did it take for you? Paypal confirmed the transaction and i am used to instant responses from humblebundle.

I’m having the same problems. I pre-ordered the game through the humble widget and paypal sent me an e-mail that I payed it, but I also got the linking problem en didn’t receive a download/key.

I just received the link in an e-mail :slight_smile:

Hey everyone, I’ve told humble about this, and presumably they will get a fix soon. In the meantime, it seems like the order re-sender still works.

re-sender did actually work, the link was credited to my paypal mail address and not my humble mail address. It seems being logged in did not link the purchase. :wink:
