The win condition states that the player must “Simultaneously supply 3 products treating different cures, with combined value per sale over $300”. However it is possible to win by supplying 1 product with 3 cures and a value over $300, for example a pill that is an antibiotic/antihistamine/painkiller.
I don’t have a screen shot for mine, but when I cleared that level I had 2 drugs that were over 300 and 1 drug that started out over 300 but devalued over time to the point that it was no longer viable. It still cleared the mission even though I hadn’t produced them “simultaneously”.
This should be solved in the latest version v0.42.00.
