I dont think I get how “Foreign Relations” work.
Is a high value a bad thing?
High foreign relations is good, because it stimulates your international trade, which in turn stimulates your GDP. Because of this, foreign aid is definitely worth the investment, despite the hit to patriot opinion.
High foreign relations will also prevent terrorism events and the cyberwarfare situation.
