This really needs to be split into Democracy 1 and 2
I’m new to the game so haven’t been around here much. So coming in here is a nightmare trying to work out what is for 1 and what is for version 2.
As a rule, I’d say that nothing is for Dem2 right now!
The game has barely even been released yet. Also, I don’t know about others, but I’m waiting for a few more patches before making any mods (I’d rather not have to mod everything twice!)
