Game crashes when going to next turn (save included)

On my first run in the game I kinda got to the part where the country was super stable and I mostly just clicked next turn for a while. Though nothing really changed so much now when I click the next turn button the game crashes (tried it around 5 times and it always does).

With the new version, my savegame already crash :frowning:
