Windows 64bit running through Steam my Democracy 3 fails to launch. Upon ‘uninstalling’ and redownloading ‘fresh files’ from Steam still fails to launch. Cache verified through Steam.
Unsure how to fix; backup files also fail to work, despite no change from their previous functioning state.
