Quarterly Report : if you have a lot of Ministers complaining/resigning [ 7 or more at the same time ] and with dilemmas and other news then the display at the bottom is off.
Party Membership : I dunno why but on an off chance I took a peek and there were letters preceding and covering the numbers.
Anyone else notice when starting a new game that the mouse is quite jerky when selecting a Country ?
