Here is an updates spreadsheet detailing weapons, defenses and other modules. I’ll add hulls when I have more time.
The DPS number for howitzers and similar weapons are wrong. I know this. I don’t know how to calculate their DPS properly. If you can fill me in, please do so.

Those weapons have two extra statistics:
salvo_size
salvo_interval
Weapons fire at the standard rate until they expend their salvo_size, then they go into a longer reload time as dictated by salvo_interval.
DPS is likely damage*salvo_size/(salvo_interval+((salvo_size-1)*fire_interval))
