The changes I made to votertypes.csv do not seem to take effect at all.
I understand that the socialist/capitalist numbers are decided by the sliders in-game, but even if you pull the slider all the way to the left for the US for example, there would still be around 30% socialists. How can I change that number?
I also changed the percentage number in votertypes.csv for groups without overrides such as environmentalists. The change does not take effect in-game.
Lastly, I understand that the poor/middle income/wealthy groups are decided by income, but how can I mod the criteria? For example, I want more middle income, so how can I say that >$30000 is middle instead of >$40000?
