I. After a few months out of production line, i came back to see the improvement.
Men, what an evolution. Thx for the good job.

But i think that one of the key element of a factory is completely ignored
You buy an element of your factory, you get the employe that goes with it.

But i really think that managing the worker element (work time, rest time, training to new technologies, wages, strikes, happines, specific zone, path way to reach there work zones, etc…) would give the game a really depht into the management and into the organisation of the factory.

It would be also nice to see the effect oft the robotisation, by starting the game in an era where robots does exists and with the evolution of thechnologies, robots takes the place of workers which are now formed to repair robots.
