[Implemented 1.08] Move the unit window

This is a very promising game!

I’d like to move the window that pops up when I click in a unit on the factory floor. Sometimes I have a need to see how ordered resources move via resource conveyors when I’m trying to solve where the parts are. The current behaviour of window’s random repositioning when panning around is slightly irritating. :slight_smile:

Yes I agree, I’ll try and make that draggable, and not jump around!
