Yes this seems like the same problem as on the other thread. Basically I don’t think there is enough memory to hold all the textures in the game and so it’s pre-shrinking them to get them to fit. For the machines, this isn’t such a problem but it makes the font completely illegible.
Do you have a discrete graphics card as well as that integrated one? The minimum specs state a Geforce 600 or better. Also how much RAM do you have? I think it’s on a different tab.
Your best bet is to roll back to the previous version or upgrade your PC. Do you have a previous version of the installer available?
Sorry for your trouble, I know it’s annoying that you used to be able to play OK but can’t now.
