Is this normal load times?

This is running from Steam in Offline mode, not sure if that makes a difference.

Load times seem a bit long then watching Production Line with Process Monitor it seems to read this file over and over

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Production Line\data\sounds\music\track5.ogg

I’m not a programmer but wouldn’t it be best to load it once? Not have to keep reading it over and over.

Then some curious messages in the Errors.txt file

I notice in the video I attempt to open the debug.txt file which you can’t do while the game is running. I happen to still have the errors.txt file open so I’ve mentioned that as well.
