Hi. Back when I was still actively playing Democracy 3, I made a vast mod that aims to improve logic and adds a lot of connections. It has an extensive changelog that documents every single change and the reasoning behind it.
Perhaps this can be used to improve Democracy 4 while it is still in the making.

This does not exist anymore, I think Cliff and the rest of us would be all very interested in it, if the link could be fixed.
