Leaving comments or messages?

Is there any way to leave comments or messages to players after you finish playing their fleet? I cant seem to find out if there is a way.

Also how does the messages tab work? Is it simply a board for automated notices concerning your games?

It would be nice if you could give and recieve feedback on fleets on how to improve them or other general comments. I cant seem to find this feature if its there.

It happens. beyond the undead message bug which will be fixed in the next patch, I just wish there was a respond button. it would make sending angry response letters so much faster.
