I just did a long play of Canada, and after a few terms (I don’t remember how many) I got the event where a previous government’s actions have forced me to leave a union. Ok, this is obviously Brexit, but I would think this is something which would come up in the first term of a new government, not the 4th or 5th term.
Perhaps add a block to this event triggering after a certain number of turns into the game?
