Hey, I just purchased democracy 3 on steam, I went to run it for the first time but it crashes to deskltop as soon as I click the “new game” button, so I am unable to even play this game.
I tried searching online and found multiple threads on the Steam forum with the same error, but they had not replies so I am guessing that this problem is unsolveable, if so how can I go about getting a refund from Steam if a game I purchased is unplayable?
